How can I run Android TV, OpenHab/ Home Assistant, etc. on the Raspberry Pi5 at the same time?

I recently bought a Raspberry Pi5 with 8Gb to have some fun with it and to get
something out of it

I’ve been searching the internet for hours for different ways to run Android TV,
OpenHab/Homeassistant, Pi Hole and a Minecraft server at the same time. I want
to be able to leave OpenHab/Homeassistant running at all times and add Android
TV or a Minecraft server as required and then switch it off again

I came across Dockerhub, with which you could run OpenHab/Homeassistant,
PiHole, Minecraft Server simultaneously as a container. However, so far I can’t find
a way to add Android TV as a container.

What are the possibilities to run things at the same time (except Dockerhub)?
How can I quickly switch between 0Ses without changing a memory card?
Is it possible to switch between an OS with only one command and how?
Is there a way to get Android TV in Dockerhub as a container?
It would be best if there is a Youtube video or a page with a description of how to
do this
If i miss something you can also write it to me

None. Android TV is its own OS. You can virtualize it, but then the Raspberry Pi will be brought to its knees.

You would need a bootloader that supports this. I mean, the one from the Rpi can’t do that.

No.

No, because it is its own OS.

Just buy a second Raspberry Pi. It doesn’t cost much and the problem is solved.
